How to find the right helmet size

Measure your head circumference with a soft tape measure, just above the ears and across the forehead. Helmet sizes typically run from S (21–22 in / 54–56 cm) to XL (23.5–24.5 in / 60–62 cm). If you fall between two sizes, try both on and trust the fit: the helmet should sit firmly without causing discomfort, and should move with your head rather than independently. Once on, inflate the liner and adjust the jaw pads to eliminate any residual movement.

Any helmet that has sustained a severe impact must be removed from play immediately and assessed by a qualified technician before being used again. A helmet that has been structurally compromised will not protect as designed, regardless of how it looks on the outside.
