Cancellation conditions
All order cancellations must be made by telephone on 05 40 00 12 86 before 12 noon Tuesday to Friday.
On closed days such as Mondays or Sundays, you can send us an e-mail to contact@sportlandamerican.com before 10am (no guarantee of cancellation before dispatch due to longer e-mail processing times).
If a cancellation is made too late, or if it is not confirmed by e-mail before 12 noon, the delivery costs will be charged to the buyer.
