How to choose the right size?
Consult the size table available on this page and compare your measurements in order to select the size that will suit you best.
If your measurements are between two sizes, adapt your choice according to the desired result:
- Lower waist: for a slimmer fit.
- Larger size: for a looser, more comfortable fit.
When your chest measurement and your waist measurement correspond to two different sizes, we advise you to favor the size corresponding to the chest measurement , which remains the main measurement for tops.
Sportland American Tip
Take your measurements wearing only light clothing or underwear in order to obtain a more accurate result. Stand straight and keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal, without tightening it too much.
How to take your measurements?
Chest measurement
Pass the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest. Make sure it remains horizontal all around the body without being too tight.
Waist measurement
Measure your natural waist, located at the thinnest point of the bust, generally just above the hips.Keep an upright posture and breathe normally during the measurement.
Hip measurement
Place the tape around the widest part of the hips and buttocks. Make sure it remains parallel to the ground in order to obtain a reliable measurement.
⚠️ Between two sizes?
If you are unsure between two sizes, choose according to your preference: one size smaller for a closer fit or one size larger for greater comfort, especially if you are wearing protection, an undershirt or if you prefer a more relaxed cut.
