How to Mould Your American Football Mouthguard

Moulding a boil-and-bite mouthguard is quick and simple:

1. Bring water to the boil and remove from heat.
2. Submerge the mouthguard in the hot water for 30 to 60 seconds according to the model's instructions — until it is soft and pliable.
