Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours* (working days / excluding public holidays) after receipt of payment and for orders placed before midday. Standard shipping is by DPD (Metropolitan France and Europe) or colissimo (International, Corsica, DOM TOM, Europe). Whichever shipment method you choose, we'll provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched with insurance in case of loss. Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and protected to protect your purchases.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm, on Saturdays and Sundays are only dispatched on Monday mornings, as there are no carriers on weekends,
