• Measure your foot in the evening, when it is slightly swollen after a day of activity
• Allow approximately one centimetre between your toe and the end of the cleat
• Baseball cleats are worn with thick baseball socks — factor in this thickness when choosing your size

How to Care for Your Baseball Cleats

After each use, clean the spikes with a stiff brush to remove dirt and grass. For metal cleats, dry immediately and apply a light coat of oil to the spikes to prevent rust. For molded cleats, a rinse with clean water is sufficient. Never leave to dry in a closed bag: heat degrades adhesives and synthetic materials.
